PVP, Glycerin, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Water, Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Menthol, Coco Nucifera (Coconut) Oil
1. Dry your teeth: For best adhesion, start with clean, dry teeth. Gently pat them dry with a tissue if needed.
2. Peel and apply: Peel each strip from the film. Apply the longer strip to your top teeth and the shorter strip to your bottom teeth, aligning them along your gum line. Press firmly to ensure full contact.
3. Let the strips go to work: Wear the strips for at least 30 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking during this time.
4. Remove & rinse: Peel off the strips and discard. Rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining gel.
5. Smile bright: Repeat daily for 14 days to complete a full treatment cycle. You can also split it up into 7-day treatments as you see fit, depending on your teeth whitening goals. Store in a cool, dry place between uses.
