What’s the best way to apply a dry mask to my face?

Just 1–2 teaspoons of this Volcanic Ash Dry Facial Clay Mask is about all you need, mixed with liquid to form a paste. Terra Beauty Bars makes versatile formulas that you can blend with a variety of options: purified water, coconut, milk, rose water — you name it! Apply the mask with your fingers or a small brush, then wait until the clay has dried before rinsing it off.

Mix 1-2 teaspoon of mask powder in a small bowl with a few drops of desired liquid. You may use purified water, coconut water / milk, aloe vera, rose / lavender water (just about anything that will feed your skin)! Mix liquid and dry mask powder together until a paste is formed. Apply mask paste to clean face with a brush or fingers. Wait 3 to 5 minutes (or until mask has dried on your face). Rinse mask with warm water and a washcloth. It is normal for skin to be red after using mask.

* Extra Terra tips:
− Boost your mask by adding a few drops of Terra Beauty Bars dia, noite or hemp lite oil
− For extra exfoliation, when applying mask gently rub fingers on skin in upward motion (softly pulling skin back). Do this for 30 seconds prior to allowing mask to dry (or for 3-5 mins)
