1. Use the shade guide to track your progress.
2. Rinse both the mouthpiece and your mouth before use.
3. Apply Zimba Teeth Whitening Strips. Pro tip: dry your teeth before application for better adhesion and even results.
4. Insert the mouthpiece, bite down gently, and turn on the light. The LED light will turn off automatically after 10-15 minutes, depending on the mode.
5. Remove and rinse the mouthpiece. Rinse your mouth with water as well.
6. Avoid eating or drinking anything (except water) for 30 minutes.
7. Repeat once daily for 14 days for best results.
8. After 14 days, follow the same steps using the Premium Whitening Pen to keep your smile shining bright. You can also use the whitening pen on the go so you can achieve your brightest smile wherever life takes you.
9. While the LED light will yield faster results, the strips and pen can also be used on their own.
