Shampoo: In the shower, wet hair and hands. Scoop a large marble-sized amount of the concentrate onto palm for medium length hair. Rub with water to activate and lather up in very wet hair, building a creamy lather. Rinse well. PRO TIP: Try a double cleanse if you want to boost the lather - start with a smaller ‘micro-dose’ first (about 1/2 inch) and then follow up with your normal dose - this will help remove extra sebum or product build up. Deep Conditioner: Scoop a large marble-sized amount of the concentrate onto palm for medium length hair. Rub over wet hands and then spread evenly through very wet hair, working from ends upwards. Rinse well. For a deep conditioning treatment, leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing. Body Wash: In the shower, wet skin and hands. Scoop a large marble-sized amount of the concentrate onto palm. Rub over wet hands to activate or on our Konjac Sponge and scrub-a-dub, working into skin for 30 seconds for maximum conditioning. Rinse well. Exfoliating Body Wash: Wet hands and skin. Scoop a marble-sized amount of the concentrate onto palm. Lather up with water in hands and rub over skin for gentle daily cleansing and exfoliation. For deeper exfoliation, buff with an exfoliating sponge or loofah. Rinse well.
