Shampoo: In the shower, wet hair and hands. Place metal tube key provided over top of tube and roll down gently to dispense a 1 inch strip of the concentrate (1/3 your normal dose). Rub over wet hands to activate and lather up in very wet hair, building a creamy lather. Rinse well. 50+ washes per tube.
Deep Conditioner: In the shower, wet hair and hands. Place metal tube key provided over top of tube and roll down gently to dispense a 1 inch strip of the concentrate (1/3 your normal dose). Rub over wet hands and then spread evenly through wet hair, working from ends upwards. Rinse well. For a deep conditioning treatment, leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing.
