In the shower, wet hands and body. Place metal tube key provided over top of tube and roll down gently to dispense a 1 inch strip of the concentrate (1/3 your normal dose). Rub over wet hands to activate or on a sponge or loofah and scrub-a-dub, working into skin for 30 seconds for maximum conditioning Rinse well. Adjust dose as needed.
