In the shower, wet hair and hands. Scoop a large dime-sized amount of the concentrate onto palm for medium length hair (1/3 your normal dose). Rub over wet hands and then spread evenly through very wet hair, working from ends upwards. Rinse well. For a deep conditioning treatment, leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing.
