Approved for use with foodstuffs. Can be used for long-term food preservation with water bath canning process. Dishwasher Safe. Freezer Safe. Glass is microwave safe and oven safe up to 300 deg F. Hand-washing of metal Screw Lid will extend its useful life. Sealing Cap is a replacement part and a new seal should be used for each canning event.
