The nesting set of sprout huggers, along with an existing jar or glass creates the perfect environment to grow nutritious sprouts at home. The two-part set includes:

A perforated top hugger which attaches to a standard or wide-mouth jar or drinking glass.

  • A bottom hugger serves as a reservoir to catch water and allow proper air flow.

    • Easy to follow directions are included. Best suited for medium and large sized seeds. Jar and seeds not included.

    FDA Grade Silicone.

    It's easy to grow your own greens with Sprout Huggers.

    • Select the seeds you'd like to sprout soak them for the suggested time in your jar.
    • After soaking, attach the mesh sprout hugger to your jar. Tilt the jar to drain the water. Tapping the center of the mesh helps to remove the last bits of water.
    • Rinse, repeat and it's grow time!
    • Rinse your sprouts often (once or twice a day). After each rinse, place your jar on the sprout hugger base to catch any excess water.

    Each Sprout Hugger set comes with complete step by step instructions and a QR link for additional video support.
