What is Dr. Tung's Smart Floss made of, and how does it to expand?
Dr. Tung's Smart Floss is made of multifilament polyester fibers using a proprietary, patented process that allows the floss to expand. The fibers are lightly coated with a vegetable/beeswax blend (contains beeswax plus one or more of candelilla, carnauba, castor oil and rice bran wax). The floss is flavored with natural cardamom essential oils.

Yes, Dr. Tung's Smart Floss is eco-friendly and effective. The international award-winning packaging is entirely PLASTIC-FREE and made of FSC-certified paperboard. The flavor of the floss itself is protected in an inner sachet made from renewable wood-pulp.

Cardamom essential oil, proprietary vegetable/beeswax blend (contains beeswax plus one or more of candelila, carnauba, castor oil and rice bran wax), multi-filament polyester fiber.
