Place in the bottom of your shower out of the main stream of water. Each steamer should last 20-30 minutes. If it runs out early move it away from the stream of water. If the scent is not strong enough, move it closer to the stream of water. Ideally the scented steam will fill your entire bathroom! Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
