Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin found on or oozing from rocks in the Himalayan mountains. It has been formed over centuries through the decomposition of plant and animal matter. The result of this
decomposition is a nutrient-rich resin that contains naturally occurring fulvic acid, humic acid, and a full spectrum of trace
minerals.
