Which ingredients in skincare are good for dry skin?
If you have dry, sensitive skin, look for shea butter in facial care products — it’s ultra-moisturizing and anti-inflammatory. Hyaluronic acid, despite its harsh-sounding name, is actually a boon for dry skin because it retains moisture. Sunflower seed oil is also super hydrating, and has the added benefit of improving the skin barrier and fighting acne, eczema, and scarring.
