Prep:
Exfoliate with a loofah, exfoliating pad, or body scrub to remove dead skin cells. This helps your tan apply evenly and last longer. Apply a light layer of moisturizer to your feet, ankles, wrists, and elbows, as these areas are more porous and may absorb more product. For best results, wait 1–2 days after shaving before applying.

Apply:
Dispense a quarter-sized amount onto a tanning mitt or applicator brush. Begin with your legs and work upward using long, sweeping motions for a smooth, streak-free finish. Apply less product to your wrists, ankles, and hands, blending thoroughly. Use a back applicator for even coverage on hard-to-reach areas. If applying with your hands, wash them thoroughly afterward.

Develop:
Wait at least 1 hour before showering, swimming, or exercising. Your full tan will develop within 6–8 hours. For a deeper color, apply a second coat approximately 1 hour after the first application.

Maintain:
Moisturize your skin daily to help extend the life of your tan.
