How do I use The Good Patch?

Each latex-free Dream Patch is easy to apply and remove. With a strong adhesive, each lightweight patch adheres to your skin when firmly pressed to your inner elbow, wrist, ankle, or shoulder. Be sure to apply it to a venous area so your body absorbs the ingredients. When you wake up, simply peel off the patch so you don’t stay sleepy.
