This honey-processed microlot delivers notes of raw sugar, plum, and dried orange peel with a syrupy mouthfeel. Grown by smallholder farmers committed to regenerative practices, each batch supports soil health and farmer livelihoods. This is a coffee for those who appreciate nuance and depth in every sip. Pacayal Honey Lot is a Light Roast Coffee.

All Heirloom coffees are roasted using a culinary approach to bring out the full expression of each bean’s natural flavor. Every batch is sourced exclusively from Regenerative Organic Certified® farms, supporting soil health, biodiversity, and farmer well-being.

Whole Bean Coffee.

Grind fresh and brew using your favorite method, including pour-over, French press, drip, or espresso. Use 1 to 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of water, adjusting to taste. For peak flavor, grind just before brewing and enjoy immediately. Store coffee in an airtight container somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. For peak freshness, consume within 2 weeks of opening the bag.
