Sizing
Finding the right size tampon for your period can take some trial and error. Try our mixed packs so you can try multiple sizes.
- Light: < 6 grams
- Regular: 6-9 grams
- Super: 9-12 grams
- Super Plus: 12-15 grams
Star Ingredients
Organic cotton (tampon, string), Paraffin water-repellent wax (string)
1. Wash your hands with soap and water, then remove the tampon from its wrapper.
2. Hold the tampon with one hand and pull the string so it hangs freely. Place your index finger on the base of the tampon.
3. Gently separate the vaginal opening with your other hand and insert the tampon, aiming toward your lower back. If needed, gently wiggle the tampon side to side to help with insertion.
4. Using your index finger, slide the tampon in until it reaches a comfortable, natural position inside the vagina, leaving only the string outside.
