When a thorough clean is the only solution, Koala Eco's Natural Dog Wash will restore gloss and freshness to your pet’s coat without harming sensitive skin or stripping out natural oils. This is a nourishing, hypoallergenic formula that combines the woody, herbal scent of sweet marjoram with the lemon-lavender aroma of rosalina: two of nature’s most effective yet gentle antioxidant botanicals. Specially formulated to combat muddy paws and the pong of wet fur, this product has never been tested on animals: only lovingly used on Matilda, our beloved Aussie Shepherd and honorary Koala Eco team member.
Why does Koala Eco only ever use essential oil?
Australian essential oils are the cornerstone of all Koala Eco's formulas, carefully selected for their antimicrobial, antifungal, and antibacterial properties. The beauty of their scents and aromatherapy benefits also transform the tradition chore of cleaning into an uplifting ritual. Many mainstream products contain synthetic fragrances that cause irritation and don't offer the powerful properties and aromatherapy benefits that are found in essential oils.
Are Koala Eco products safe to use around children?
Safe to use around even the smallest members of every household, including pets. No harmful chemicals or synthetic fragrance are used in our products. Koala Eco never uses dyes, masking agents, synthetic fragrance, sodium lauryl sulphates & phosphates. All products are Australian Allergy certified.
Does Koala Eco use recycled and recyclable packaging materials?
In line with our circular approach to sustainability, each Koala Eco bottle is made from 100% locally collected rPET plastic, which is completely recycled and recyclable.
Are Koala Eco products ethically formulated?
Koala Eco formulas are vegan, cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
What makes Koala Eco's products "Natural"?
Koala Eco uses “Natural and Derived Natural Ingredients”. Koala Eco follow the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 16128 — Guidelines on Technical Definitions and Criteria for Natural and Organic Cosmetic Ingredients and Products. To date, our products are averaged at 97.9% natural origin. Natural Origin consists of natural ingredients as well as derived natural ingredients.

Dispense enough product to create a lather and massage into your dog’s wet coat, paying attention to the skin surface and avoiding the eye area. Lather well, then rinse thoroughly and towel dry. For best results, first, brush your dog’s coat to remove loose fur.
This is a safe product when used as directed; however, avoid contact with eyes. If the product enters the eyes, just rinse with cool water.
