Natrol Liquid Melatonin 2.5 mg helps you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer and wake up refreshed. Melatonin helps establish normal sleep patterns and promotes sleep in as little as 15 minutes. This product features a delicious berry flavor. This supplement contains no milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans or sesame. This supplement is helpful for occasional sleeplessness.
