How to Place a Liner:

1. Wash your hands, remove the outer wrapper, and choose a comfortable position (sitting or standing). The outer wrapper can be composted.

2. Remove the release paper from the back of the liner and discard it.

3. Place the sticky side of the liner inside your underwear, centered beneath your vaginal opening.

4. Remove the release paper from the wings and discard it. Fold the wings over the sides of your underwear so they adhere securely underneath.

5. Pull up your underwear and ensure the liner is centered comfortably under your vulva before continuing with your day.
