What makes it different from “green” detergents?
Some “green” detergents still rely on petroleum-based shortcuts. We don’t. We use real soap made the old-school way, boosted with natural salts—no mystery ingredients, and no compromises. What do we mean by plastic-free? From our soap flakes to our cardboard packaging—even the box lining—every part is free of plastic. That includes skipping polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), the not-so-innocent plastic polymer used in pods and sheets. The glue that seals the box? Yes, we think about that too.
No plastic-free option exists—yet. We use the most recycling-friendly adhesive available while continuing to push for a truly plastic-free bond.

Step 1: Add powder directly into your washer drum.
- Standard loads: 1.5 tablespoons
- Heavier loads: 2 tablespoons
- Hard water: 2 tablespoons
Step 2: Add laundry.
Step 3: Wash on warm or hot water.
Cold or Hard Water Washes: While not necessary, water conditions may benefit from dissolving the dosage in 8 oz of hot water, then pouring the mixture directly into the washer drum before adding laundry.
Measuring Tip: Use a household spoon, kitchen tablespoon, or just the palm of your hand. After all, it’s safe on skin.
