Is this detergent HE compatible?

This Mrs. Meyer’s Laundry Detergent is HE compatible, meaning you can use it in your high efficiency washing machine. It’s also concentrated, so just pour half a cap per regular load. If your garments need a little extra stain-fighting power, bump it up to ¾ of a cap.
