How does hand soap get foamy?

In most cases, foaming hand soap, like this foaming hand soap concentrate, is basically liquid soap infused with air. The air helps the soap come out of a dispenser all foamy so you can lather up and wash up to get hands clean.

1. Remove the pump from the Kids Foaming Hand Soap Dispenser.
2. Pour Kids Foaming Hand Soap Concentrate into the bottle. Fill to the soap line (about 4oz).
3. Add water until you reach the base of the bottle’s neck. (1 part Foaming Hand Soap Concentrate to 2 parts water.)
4. Place the pump back on the bottle and use as needed.

Avoid contact with eyes. In case of EYE CONTACT, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and consult a physician. IF SWALLOWED, drink plenty of water and consult a physician. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
