How to Use

Suggested Use:
Using the single-use applicator provided, insert 3 grams of gel into the vagina. Remove the applicator and dispose. Use twice per week or more as needed.

For best results, lie flat for 10 minutes to allow the gel to absorb.

TIP: Apply before bedtime to allow the gel to absorb overnight for maximum hydration.
