Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate), American Mineral Salt (Sodium Chloride), Castor Oil (Ricinus Communis), Beet Powder (Beta Vulgaris), Peppermint Oil (Mentha Piperita).

Soak feet for at least 5 minutes in warm water with 2 to 4 tablespoons of foot bath. Use our Fresh Peppermint foot lotion after soaking for best results.
