Yes, Le Parfait jars have been specifically designed for long-term food preservation and have been approved for use with foodstuffs worldwide since the 1930s.

100% Recyclable Soda-Lime-Silica Food-Safe Glass, Tin-Plated Steel Twist Lid with BPA-Free Plastisol Liner.

Approved for use with foodstuffs. Can be used for long-term food preservation with water bath canning process. Dishwasher Safe. Freezer Safe. Glass is microwave safe and oven safe up to 300 deg F.

Handwashing of metal twist lid will extend its useful life. Metal twist lid is a replacement part and a new lid should be used for each canning event.
