1. Pour in one full bottle of concentrate + fill with around 270ml (~9 fl oz) of tap water (about an inch from the top). Take it slow to avoid a foam party.
2. Twist the pump till it's securely on the bottle + gently swirl the contents a few times to mix.
3. Press the pump till the foam starts to flow + you're good to go. Happy hand washing.
