No judgment here, we know it’s a little tricky with one hand sometimes (been there). 2. Peel off the sticky part: Take the adhesive backing off the bottom of the pad. It’s gonna help you stick your pad in the right spot. 3. Place the pad in your undies: Line that pad up in the middle of your underwear, sticky side down. You want it sitting snug, but not too snug.
