How to Use Organic Facial Cleansing Oil
Prep: Start with dry hands and a dry face to ensure the oil effectively dissolves dirt, makeup, and excess oils.
Apply: Use about ½ teaspoon of cleansing oil. Massage gently in small, upward circular motions for about a minute, avoiding the eye area. This warms the skin, opens pores, and loosens impurities.
Cleanse: Soak a soft cotton face cloth in warm water, squeeze out excess, and hold it on your face as a compress for 10-15 seconds. Optionally, massage with wet fingers to emulsify the oil (it may turn milky).
Gently wipe off the oil with the cloth using upward circular motions, rinsing and repeating until the skin is clean.
Finish: Splash with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel. For heavy makeup or oily skin, follow with a mild soap and soft washcloth for a double cleanse.
Eye Makeup/Lipstick: Apply a few drops of oil to a cotton cloth or pad and gently swipe over lips or eyes, avoiding direct contact with eyes.
Note: Your skin may need 1-2 weeks to adjust, with possible temporary oiliness or breakouts. Avoid harsh cleansers during this period. Use within 6 months of opening.
