What are whole-food fermented multivitamins?
Whole-food fermented multivitamins like these New Chapter's Every Woman™'s One Daily are made with quality ingredients you can trust. New Chapter uses a patented fermentation process that breaks down nutrients, so they’re predigested and ready for the body. Many unfermented multivitamins are made with synthetic, isolated nutrients that can be hard on your digestive system, causing nausea and can pass right through your body without being used to their full potential.
How does New Chapter ferment their vitamins?
New Chapter starts by mixing organic good yeast with natural plant carbohydrates. Vitamins and minerals are added to the yeast solution, along with organic, non-GMO soy and additional organic whole food, such as alfalfa, carrot, and orange peel, for fermentation. The yeast begins a biotransformation by absorbing nutrients into its cell structure and breaking them down. Enzymes from tropical fruit are added to slow the fermentation process. Probiotic bacteria L. acidophilus, B. bifidum, and L. rhamnosus are added and low heat is applied to complete the fermentation process. These fermented nutrients are then blended with herbs, then tableted to create the multivitamins.
