  1. Fill: Add water to the 4-liter samovar body to the desired level. Use the temperature display to monitor the water status.
  2. Add Tea: Place loose-leaf tea into the infuser basket inside the porcelain teapot and set the teapot on top of the samovar.
  3. Brew: Press the button to begin. The samovar heats the water while rising steam gently steeps the tea concentrate in the teapot above.
  4. Serve: Use the drip-free faucet to fill each cup with hot water, then add tea concentrate from the teapot to your preferred strength.
  5. Keep Warm: Use the keep-warm function to maintain the water and tea at serving temperature for hours.
  6. Clean: Rinse the stainless steel body and porcelain teapot after use. Descale periodically with Saki's compatible descaler to help maintain performance.
