How to Wash Your Dog with a Soap Bar Wet Dog: Thoroughly wet your dog with warm water.
Lather: Rub the palm-sized soap bar on your dog’s wet coat, using fingers to create a creamy lather. Add more water if needed.
Massage: Work from head to tail, avoiding eyes, and massage soap into the body, belly, neck, and feet.
Rinse: Rinse thoroughly to avoid soapy residue.
Repeat (if needed): One wash is usually enough, but repeat for very dirty dogs.
Dry: Towel dry with a clean, dry towel.
Store: Let the soap bar dry completely and store in its box.
Tip: For grimy areas around the snout and under eyes, apply soap to a cotton face pad and gently wipe.
Caution: Do not use products with essential oils on cats!
