Nellie’s Dish Butter: a semi-solid, zero-waste alternative to liquid dish soap that comes in an adorable (and reusable) ceramic container. A little goes a long way, so you don’t need much. Wet a brush or dishcloth or sponge, gently dab the Dish Butter - and wash away!

When it's time to refill your Dish Butter, just grab a refill and push it gently into the container. Store any additional Dish Butter Refills in a cool, dry place until ready to use. Available in a light lemongrass scent. Does doing the dishes get any butter?

Our story:

Nellie’s was inspired by you guessed it, Nellie! She was a big believer of green cleaning and valued using simple, honest, and effective products. Therefore, her son, James, created an entire line of cleaning products free of toxins and phosphates to honor her. All items are planet friendly, concentrated, and highly effective, helping to keep the planet as spotless as your home!

Using a dish brush or dish cloth, gently pick up a small amount of dish butter solution. This product is concentrated and should last the equivalent of 3 x bottles of leading brand liquid dish detergent. Leave lid off and air out your Dish Butter after every use. Re-use or re-purpose container keeping it out of the landfill and our waterways. Imperfections, chips, cracks, fissures and roughness on the butter may occur when drying, this is normal.
