How to place a pad:

  • 1. Wash your hands, remove the outer wrapper, and pick a comfy position (can be sitting or standing!) Freely discard the outer wrapper in your compost!
  • 2. Remove the release paper from the back of the pad and discard it
  • 3. Place the sticky part of the pad on the inside of your underwear centered under where your vaginal opening is
  • 4. Remove the pieces of release paper on the wings of the pad and discard them. Fold the wings over so the sticky parts are now secured on the outside of your vagina
  • 5. Pull up your underwear and make sure the pad is centered under your vulva then get on with your day!
