  • Hot + Spicy Maple Syrup
    • Merquén is a chili blend from the Mapuche region of Chile. The peppers are ripened to a dark red color to develop rich flavor, then slow-smoked over a fire. When we infuse them in our maple syrup, all of the profiles of the pepper — the heat, the smokiness, and the rich pepper taste are magnified by the caramel tones of the maple.
  • Smoked With Pecan Wood Maple Syrup
    • Through a proprietary method, we have developed a smoked maple syrup that will deliver both sugar and smoke to any dish or cocktail. Not a good choice for pancakes, this syrup is great drizzled over dishes such as chili, BBQ, or glazed root vegetables.
  • Ginger Root Infused
    • Runamok uses fresh, organic ginger to create our spicy and addictive Ginger Infused Maple Syrup. The maple's sweetness is rounded out by a spicy bite of real ginger root, which makes this one of our most versatile syrups.
  • Bourbon Barrel-Aged
    • The syrup draws in the essence of the Bourbon, resulting in one of our most popular varieties to date. Like premium whiskeys, the process takes time and careful tending. But the result is a sophisticated duo that will become a new classic.
