How to Make Apple Cider Doughnuts:

Additional Equipment:

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Doughnut Pan (or Muffin Tin)

Included Ingredients:

  • Doughnut Baking Mix
  • Cinnamon Sugar Blend

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Apple Cider
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Directions:

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a doughnut pan with baking spray. If using a muffin tin, place a small ball of aluminum foil in the center of each cup to create a doughnut hole.
  2. Make Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine apple cider, olive oil, and eggs. Add the baking mix and stir until well blended.
  3. Fill Doughnut Pan: Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each doughnut cavity just shy of the top. If using a muffin tin, fill each cup to just under 1 inch.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.
  5. Add Toppings: Place the cinnamon sugar blend in a small bowl. Dip both sides of each doughnut in melted butter, then coat both sides with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining doughnuts.
