Grove Co. Tree Planting: California Wildfire Restoration

The Placerville Nursery is the only Forest Service nursery located in California. With the recent increase in wildfires, this resource for native plants and seed is critical. The facility, however, was not set up with the capability of meeting current and future demands. Your support will help to increase container capacity at the Placerville Nursery by 1.2 million. The trees you are providing will be established in the nursery and will be planted in the years to come to help California’s forests recover.

Grove Impact Shop is a curated collection of offset and conservation projects offered to Grove Collaborative customers through our assortment of vetted partners. Impact offerings and projects may change based on availability. Grove Collaborative is committed to transparency and sharing data on Grove Impact Shop purchases, aggregate customer purchase totals and updates for offered impact projects as available from impact partners. However, individual donation reports are not available. Your contributions to these programs should be considered in-kind services supporting the missions outlined below by our curated assortment of non-profit and for-profit impact partners, as well as Grove’s maintenance and curation of the Impact Shop. These purchases are not tax deductible, nor are they a donation. In the event that your selected project becomes unavailable your contribution will be earmarked towards a substantially similar alternative with equivalent environmental impact offered by the same project partner that you selected.

Grove is committed to curating this shop with unique and specific offerings that are not always publicly available, as well as vetting partner organizations. A portion of each purchase is dedicated to the maintenance of this program, and our commitment to offer high-impact, high-quality impact projects to the Grove community.

You understand and agree that your purchase from the Grove Impact Shop will be included as part of your regular product subscription on the same recurring basis as your other product purchases using your stored method of payment, unless you change or cancel your subscription.
