Albacore Tuna with Spanish Lemon! Hand-packed in 100% Spanish olive oil, fresh, cold-pressed lemon juice from the Spanish Levante region, and a touch of salt, this tin is crafted by a traditional cannery in Northwest Spain—the heartland of the conservas tradition. 

Albacore tuna is regarded as the most premium species of tuna, with the Bay of Biscay hook-and-line fishery known to produce the highest-quality fish. Caught during the albacore tuna (Thunnus alalunga) fishing season between June and August for peak quality. Packed at a traditional Spanish cannery founded in 1869, which has refined its artisanal canning process over centuries.

We source our lemons from the Spanish Mediterranean coast. This tin was packed by hand with 100% Spanish olive oil, fresh, cold-pressed lemon juice, and a touch of salt.
