- Lay flat on your back and gently rest your neck in the wedge cut-out.
- Select a primary area to target:
- For muscles at the base of the neck, face the acu-stimulators upward toward the head.
- For the lower neck and traps, face the acu-stimulators downward toward the back and shoulders.
- Works best on bare skin, though a thin shirt can reduce initial sensitivity. Adjust as needed to maximize relief.
- Relax on the wedge for at least 10 minutes (and up to 30 minutes).
- Repeat daily or as needed.
