Shake well. Spray 3 times onto a damp clean cloth, wipe mat or fitness gear clean, then air-dry. For deep cleaning, spray all over your mat or gear and let stand for 2 minutes. Gently scrub with damp cloth to remove dirt then wipe dry with clean cloth. Air dry your mat before rolling it up.

Use only as directed. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Stop use if irritation occurs.
