Alaya’s Assam Black tea is a take on the classic breakfast and afternoon tea, English Breakfast. Sourced from India’s first Regenerative Organic Certified tea gardens, this Assam tea is a full leaf, referred to as Orthodox in the tea industry. Unlike other teas that may be broken leaf, this one is longer and will bloom in hot water. It has a rich, full-bodied flavor and can pair well with milk of choice.

The eastern state of Assam in India is famous for its bold black teas. Certified Organic. Can be resteeped for a second cup. Each bag produces about 40 to 50 cups of tea.

Organic Assam Black Tea Leaves.

Steep 2 to 3 grams of tea, based on preference, in 8 oz of water for 3 to 5 minutes. You can also resteep leaves for a second cup.
