These are large, and yes you have to take 3 however, it is so worth it to me to not get nauseated from a supplement my body needs. I take 1 with every meal and I never get an upset stomach. Taking pills is easy for me so I don't mind the size. Love this brand and plan to continue using these into my next pregnancy.

Absolutely love this pre-natal probiotic! I have used it daily for the majority of my pregnancy, and the days where I have forgotten to use it I certainly feel a little less awake! Keeps everything on track as well.

I tried 5 different pre-natals before finding Smarty Pants. All of them made me ill shortly after taking them and for long periods of time. This was hard because I was already dealing with a lot of pregnancy sickness. Smarty Pants does not make me feel sick. In fact, they kind of help my nausea. The texture is a little weird, and they smell VERY citrusy, but it's worth it to know I'm getting vitamins I can keep down and continue to eat though the day. I wish there was more in the container for the price you pay.

I didn’t end up using it for post partum recovery (didn’t need to), but it came in handy for my next pregnancy! Works GREAT!!!
