I feel that the Full Circle bags are a little more sturdy and do not start to break down or break when transporting outside. "Have used this bin for years along with biobag compostable bags. I like the size as it stores probably 2-3 days of compost scraps if you are doing a fair amount of cooking - but by the time the bag is full it's time to take it out to keep odors in check. It's easy to dismantle and pop in the dishwasher to keep clean. Really makes composting simple, clean and makes you realize what a better system it is to compost food rather than put into landfill. Now we only take our trash out once a week and it doesn't smell! Also did you know that food that rots in a landfill (instead of degrading naturally as it does when composted) releases methane gas - which is worse than CO2 for the climate. "I use these to give food scraps to a local farmer. I put the scraps in the compost container on my counter, then when its full I put the scraps in the bag. to prevent leaks, I put the full bags in my freezer to prevent leaks until I can guve them to the farmer. Do not set these on your counters if you put anything like coffee grounds in it because they will leak everywhere." — Rose D.
