If you’re using Epsom salt in a foot soak, you’ll only need about half-a-cup of it to add to a small foot soaking tub. You’ll add the Epsom salt to warm water. Make sure the water goes up to about your ankles when you put your feet in so that your feet are fully submerged. (Enjoy your foot soak because sometimes that’s the only time in the day you’ll get to relax.) After about 20–30 minutes, you can take your feet out of the foot soaking tub and dry them off. Grab your favorite foot cream for dry cracked feet and use it before putting socks on.
